Are you pregnant and unsure what to do? There are a lot of voices out there. We are here to listen, ask questions, and give you accurate information so you can think clearly about your options — at no cost, in Des Moines or Ankeny.

You do not have to decide today

An unplanned pregnancy can bring fear, confusion, and pressure from the people around you. That pressure can make it feel like you have to choose immediately.

In most cases you have more time than you think, and a decision made in a panic is rarely the one you would make with good information. We will help you slow down enough to think it through.

What we can talk through

We can walk you through what parenting, adoption, and abortion each actually involve, including the practical questions that rarely get answered — how far along you are, what support exists, and what the medical procedures and risks are.

We do not offer or refer for abortions, but we will give you honest, accurate information about them, so that whatever you decide, you decide knowing the facts.

Someone who will actually listen

You will meet with a woman from our team who is there to understand your situation, not to lecture you. You can ask anything. You can say that you are scared, or angry, or unsure.

Nothing you say will be met with judgment, and anything you tell us stays confidential unless required by law to report.

Free and confidential in Des Moines and Ankeny

There is no cost for options advising and no insurance required, at either location. You do not need to have already taken a pregnancy test or had a limited OB ultrasound — many women come in first for a free pregnancy test and/or limited OB ultrasound and find that the conversation afterward is the part that helps most, while others come to us already knowing they are pregnant and simply need someone to talk to. Whatever point you are at, we are here.
